Incorrect shipping address during PayPal / Credit Card checkout
We ship to the address entered during checkout, not the PayPal account address. Even if Paypal shows "Your order will be shipped to ..PayPal address..". Your shipping address, payment details and other information can be viewed on our Order Tracking page. How much is shipping? Shipping costs depend on your location. To view shipping costs, please use the 'Quick Quote' feature on all product pages, or add the item to your shopping cart and fill in your address details. Do you have a store, can I make a pickup? BidBox is an online only store. All products are shipped directly from our local Australian suppliers via courier. Unfortunately most suppliers do not allow direct customer pickups. Is this item currently in-stock? Stock levels are updated daily, however if you would like us to confirm an item is currenlty in stock, please forward the products item number. Are your products genuine? All products listed are 100% genuine and new, and include their full manufacturers warranty.  We only deal with reputable Australian suppliers and do not sell gray imports.  All consumables are genuine, we do not sell compatibles, imports or refills. How do I register / create an account? Creating an account is not necessary.  For order tracking, simply enter your email address and order reference number. |
