What payment methods do you accept?

We accept BPAY, Direct Deposit, Cheque, Money Order, MasterCard / Visa.  Card payments incur a 2.4% surcharge. 
Payments can also be made over the counter at any Westpac branch.

Card Payments (Recommended)
Transfers instantly but incurs a 2.4% surcharge
BPAY (Recommended)
Payments before 5pm transfer same day, after 5pm transfer next day
Direct Deposit
Transfers between 1-3 business days
Money Order
Processed immediately on receipt.  Keep in mind that stock is only allocated once the money order has been received
Cheque
Requires three business days to clear plus the delivery time.  Keep in mind that stock is only allocated once the cheque has cleared

Are my credit card details safe?

Card details are 100% safe.  In fact all card payments are processed through PayPal using the latest in secure technology. 
We do not see or store your card details on our site.  PayPal provides benefits for customers as well as merchants by offering
customers the ability to dispute any questionable transactions and also reduce the risk of card fraud due to their inbuilt fraud detection systems.

BidBox opened on the 24th of January 2005.  We have served thousands of customers and are constantly improving our site
and services.

Are your products genuine and new?
|
All products listed are 100% genuine and new, and include their full manufacturers warranty.  We only deal with reputable Australian suppliers and do not sell gray imports.  All consumables are genuine, we do not sell compatibles, imports or refills.

Can you guarantee I will receive my order?
|
Absolutely!  All deliveries are insured and include full tracking information.  Orders are not left on doorsteps or in letterboxes and
require a signature on delivery.

How long does it take to deliver an order?
|
Deliveries usually take between 1-3 days to deliver once we have received payment.

What happens if an item is faulty?
|
All products include manufacturers warranties, usually of 1 year or more.  In the unlikely event of a fault occuring, check the manufacturers
website for service/support information.  Otherwise we can also process returns, just forward the fault description and serial number
(if available) via email and we will submit a Return Authorization request.  Returned products are usually replaced with a brand new item.

What happens if an order can't be completed for any reason? Can I cancel the order?

All orders can be cancelled at any time before they ship.  If an item is no longer available, we will contact you
through the email address provided and ask if you would like a full refund or credit on another item.
