Warranty Information
Most items have at least a 1 year warranty. Warranty periods can be found on the manufacturers web site. If you would like further information please contact us. Please choose your items carefully as we can not accept non-faulty returns once an item has been opened or used. A 20% restocking fee applies to any non-faulty return in its original unopened packaging. We are unable to accept returns of Software, media or RAM but will repair or replace these items if faulty. In most cases where stock needs to be returned, you pay for return postage while we pay to have it shipped back. Please contact us for return/repair shipment info.

Store Orders All orders are treated as quotes only and will only be actioned once payment is received. Orders that are older than seven days before payment is received may be considered expired and will be subject to current pricing. Orders are only accepted once payment has been received and the order has been confirmed and processed by one of our staff. In some cases we may not be able to accept or complete an order due to low stock, website errors including incorrect pricing or other reason.
