Warranties and Product Returns
All products listed are 100% genuine and new, and include their full manufacturers warranty.  This is usually 1 or more years from purchase. If you have trouble with a product within the items warranty period, you can either contact the manufacturer directly by phone or online, or forward the items serial number, order number and fault description and we will apply for a Return Authorization.  All returns require an approved Return Authorization before they can be returned. Who pays for shipping?
The customer is responsible for returning the item and we will pay for the return shipping once the product has been processed. How long does it take to have an item repaired? A Return Authorization usually takes 1-2 days.  Repairs and replacements usually take 3 weeks to process. Can I return a non-faulty item? Sure, however keep in mind that we can only accept returns that are in unopened new condition with all security seals intact.  Software and media can only be returned if faulty.  All non-faulty returns incur a 20% restocking fee. |
